If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
🔁 Return Policy
Our products are fulfilled by Exod International (Canada), and we follow their 14-day return policy.
•You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
•Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
•We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return requests should be initiated through Silkaura Boutique’s support team, and we will contact our supplier on your behalf.
🧴 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Once approved, we will coordinate a replacement or refund with our supplier.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued by the supplier (Exod International) to Silkaura Boutique, and then processed back to the customer’s original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect after confirmation.
Shipping fees ($9.99) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened skincare products
- Used beauty tools or accessories
- Sale or clearance items
